We have just purchased a building lot near Thornbury. As we do not live in the area, the process has been completed entirely by phone and from a distance. It was Larisa’s positive and pleasant attitude, with her attention to details and extremely knowledgeable feedback and advice, that have resulted in a very easy and smooth transaction for us, 300 miles away. She was able to send us contact information, contracts (including everything to be signed), maps, street plans and anything else that we needed to see and review before making our decisions. For us, it could not have been a more straightforward and pleasant experience. We do hope to meet someday soon!
